Cultivated by smallholder farmers across Kenya’s lush, volcanic highlands, this blend features the storied SL28 and SL34 alongside the hardy Ruiru and Batian. Kenyan washed processing shines here—with hand-sorting at harvest, long fermentation, repeated washing, and drying on raised beds under sun and shade. This method preserves acidity and sweetness while lending transparency to the cup. The result is a clean, juicy profile that channels both terroir and tradition.
