Kapsasur Natural brings a lively, fruit-forward expression of Kenya’s highlands, where smallholder farmers cultivate SL varieties with remarkable care. Expect a fragrant cup layered with ripe strawberry, floral black-tea notes, and a gentle touch of brown spice, all carried by the clarity that natural-processed Kenyan coffees rarely achieve. Grown in cool elevations with rich volcanic soils, the cherries mature slowly, concentrating sweetness and nuance. The natural method amplifies that juiciness while preserving the structure Kenya is celebrated for. This is one of the farms we’ve personally visited, allowing us to understand their practices and strengthen our direct connection.
