Bright as a Kenyan dawn, Handege PB opens with sunny yellow berries sweetness, dives into vibrant raspberry and Gooseberry, then lingers in a soft, tropical glow. Peaberries from SL28, SL34, Ruiru II, and Batian trees are hand-picked by smallholder farmers and carefully washed at the Handege wet mill, locking in crystalline clarity and layered depth. Expect a silky body, electric acidity, and a finish that feels both lush and clean.

At 1,750–1,900 m in Kiambu’s red-volcanic soils, cherries ripen slowly, intensifying natural sugars. Classic SL cultivars supply black-currant depth, while Ruiru II and Batian elevate fruit brightness and resilience. Cherries are pulped, fermented in cool mountain water, then dried on raised beds under the equatorial sun—a meticulous routine that amplifies Kenya’s hallmark sparkle.
