The course ‘The World of Coffee’ is held on the second Wednesday of the month from 18:00 to 20:00.
Duration: 2 hours
Participants: 10-15 people. In order for the course to be held, a minimum of 10 people need to be signed up.
Location: Gammel Kongevej 84, 1850 Frederiksberg
Terms: We reserve the right to cancel a course with fewer than 10 participants.
It is possible for you to change the date of your course up to 14 days before the course date.
The course is only taught in Danish
This course gives you an introduction to the world of coffee. You’ll be guided through the history of coffee. During the course we’ll explain how the bean travels from farm to cup, the different ways the bean can be processed and what each processing way affects the flavour. You’ll get a brief introduction to the coffee roasting process and what the different roasting temperatures does to the coffee flavour.
Last but not least you’ll get the opportunity to taste the different coffees with varying roasting profiles. This will happen through a cupping just like the professionels would do at a roastery.
